What does it mean to be a lady?
In the past real lady had to behave like dolly. They had to look pretty and had to keep house clean. Fortunatly these days gone. Now it's hard to say how woman should behave to become real lady, because any women want to be real lady. In present much more women are doing the same as men. (and vice versa) So the differences between gentlemen and ladies are blurring. Now word "lady" makes no impression so there are no ladies on the world.
Some actual ladies (and there is a cast of them in most European countries) would probably get a bit worried if they found out they don't exist. But they will never read this, I guess.
